1997 National Training Specialist of the Year
harles (Chuck) came to work for RWAU in February of 1984, after spending 6 years with the Castle Valley Special Service District
as a water treatment plant supervisor and distribution foreman. He has an Associates Degree from Utah Valley State
College in Orem, Utah. He is certified in water treatment and distribution and wastewater treatment and collection,
as well as being certified in Cross Connection Control and backflow testing. Chuck supervises and coordinates the
Operator Certification and Cross Connection training for the Association.
