lyde left his job as the Public Works Director for Upper Country Water in February of 2001 to become the State Circuit Rider
for the Rural Water Association of Utah. He now works with water systems who have had recent problems
and are not currently approved by the State Division of Drinking Water. Clyde's job is to help those systems come back into compliance.
