urtis has a long history with the Rural Water Association, beginning his involvement by serving as a member of the Rural Water Board for over ten years, and even serving a term as the RWAU Board President. During his time on the Rural Water Board, Curt was in the middle of a his 12 years of service as the Sterling Town Mayor. He also served on the Sterling Town Board for 4 years prior to his terms as Mayor. Curtis has been a Rural Water employee for nearly three years now, and is currently serving as the Management Technician. As such, Curtis offers training and support to Boards and Councils all across the state of Utah.
