Our mission is to provide professional training, support services, and representation for water and wastewater members
to help enhance the quality of services to their customers.
 
 arwin was released from a successful term as Board President in February 2005 and is now serving as the RWAU Board Past President and the Membership Committee Chair. He has been on the Board since 1995, and served two consecutive terms as Secretary/Treasurer before his appointment as RWAU Board President (2003-2005). He manages the Ash Creek Special Service District facility. Darwin and his wife Shirlene live in Virgin, Utah.
