iana Waite was born and raised in Payson, Utah where she was very active in athletics, including playing collegiate softball for Utah Valley State College. She graduated from UVSC in 2003 with her Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. Diana's position with the Rural Water Association not only includes general office duties, but will also involve building and maintaining a master database for the Association and its members. We are excited to have Diana as a member of our staff and look forward to working with her in the future.
