Our mission is to provide professional training, support services, and representation for water and wastewater members
to help enhance the quality of services to their customers.
 
 oug has been a member of the RWAU Board since 1998, and was elected to his first term as RWAU Board Secretary/Treasurer in February of 2003 at the Rural Water Annual Conference. Doug is currently serving as the the Research and Education Committee Chair and the Publications / Awards / Conferences Vice-Chair. He works for Mountain Regional Water in Summit County and he and his wife, Diane, live in Oakley, Utah.
