rin Borger came to work with Rural Water in January 2007, to replace Bob Lowe. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from University of Utah. During her study, she attended the Red Rocks Institute through the American West Center with an emphasis in water politics and environmental writing. Erin's background includes managing Forest Service projects, and developing a siting criteria for a waste storage facility. Erin will be serving as our Groundwater Specialist, assisting communities drafting, updating and implementing source water protection plans.
