Executive Director testifies before House

July 28, 2006, Dale Pierson - Executive Director of the Rural Water Association of Utah - will testify before the House of Representatives' Subcommittee on Water and Power about legislation (HR 4418) to expand the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation's mission to develop rural water supplies and deal with future water problem facing the rural west.
