Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide professional training, support services, and representation for water and wastewater members
to help enhance the quality of services to their customers.
 
 arland has been a member of the RWAU Board of Directors since 1993 and served as RWAU Board President from 2001-2003. Garland is now serving as Committee Chair for the Associate Advisory and Training and TA Committees. Garland manages the Timpanogos Special Service District. He and his wife, Kristy, live in Lehi, Utah.
