Voting Members are community and non-profit non-community water and wastewater systems
with populations of less than 10,000, Community and non-profit non-community water and wastewater
systems with populations of more than 10,000 that initially joined as a voting member, or special
service districts serving communities with populations of less than 10,000 that are engaged in the
treatment and/or distribution of drinking water, and/or the treatment and/or collection of wastewater
for rural residents. See Fee Schedule Below.
Supporting Members are all public water and wastewater systems that do not qualify as Voting members. See Fee Schedule Below.
Any firm, corporation, or organization adhering to the purposes of the Association and desiring to
assist in the work of the Association are considered Associate Members. Join for only $320/year!
An Individual Member is any person who is not an employee of a public water or wastewater system,
adhering to the purposes of the Association and desiring to assist in the work of the Association. Join for only $150/year!
