Our mission is to provide professional training, support services, and representation for water and wastewater members
to help enhance the quality of services to their customers.
 
 eil Forster has been a member of the RWAU Board since 1983, and served as Board President from 1988-1990. He is currently serving as the Legislative Committee Vice-Chair and is also Utah's NRWA Board Representative and has been since 1990. Neil is a Board Member for the West Millard Water District and resides in Delta.
