2001 National Wastewater Technician of the Year

erral came to work for RWAU in June of 1991, after spending ten years in Richfield City as the Superintendent of their wastewater treatment plant. He also managed the city's swimming pool for 6 years. He has completed course study in Wastewater, Biology, Math and Chemistry at Utah Valley State College. He also attended Dixie College in St. George. Terral is certified in wastewater treatment and backflow technician / training.
