 erry Smith hails from Cedar City where he spent the past 30 years as their Water Superintendent. Terry will be replacing Ken in covering the technical assistance and on-site training needs in the Southern half of the state. Terry and his wife Jill have been married for over thirty years and have five children and four grandchildren.
