2003 National Accountant of the Year
ern has been with the Rural Water Association of Utah since the fall of 1997. Starting as the editor of "The Connector," he has since branched out into many aspects of the RWAU. Vern is currently the Association's Computer Technician, and Chief Financial Officer. Vern can be found in the office on Thursdays and Fridays, and the rest of the week he is anywhere from Logan to St. George.
