Paid outdoor space is located on the front sidewalks of the Dixie Center and is limited. There is a STRICT 10,000 lb weight limit for the front sidewalk space. All exhibitors can park equipment in the back parking lot of the Dixie Center at no charge.

To order extras for your booth (additional tables, chairs, 220 power etc.) you will use the Dixie Center On-line Decorating Link that wiull be emailed to you in January. This link and code, along with further instructions will be emailed to each vendor as the conference nears.

AWARD NOMINATIONS
Each year at RWAU’s Annual Conference in St. George, Utah, the Association presents awards to member systems, as well as system personnel who have done an outstanding job of running their water or wastewater system. Most awards are given based on performance in the 2019 calendar year, but some are based on long term performance. This is your chance to nominate someone who deserves an RWAU Award for their hard work…even if it’s you!
A complete list of the Award Categories with selection criteria is below. The deadline to nominate is December 20, 2019. The RWAU Awards Committee will meet shortly after the deadline to select the winners from the nominations.

System Award Categories:
- Most Improved Water System Based on accomplishments and/or improvements of a water system during 2019
- Most Improved Wastewater System Based on accomplishments and/or improvements of a wastewater system during 2019
- Outstanding Water Service to Customers Based on long-term performance (15 + years.)
- Outstanding Wastewater Service to Customers Based on long-term performance (15 + years.)
- Source Water Protection Award
- Supporting Member Over 10,000 Award Based on long-term performance (3 + years) for nonvoting members.
- Supporting Member Under 10,000 Award Based on long-term performance (3 + years) for nonvoting members.
- Associate Member of the Year Based on years exhibiting, RWAU magazine advertising, Conference involvement and other above-and-beyond activities with RWAU.
Individual Award Categories:
- Office Personnel Person of the Year Based on accomplishments, overall on-the-job performance, and involvement with RWAU for a Town Clerk, City Recorder, Treasurer, Manager, Administrator, etc.
- Elected/Appointed Official of the Year Based on accomplishments, overall on-the-job performance, and involvement with RWAU for Mayors, Board Chair, Councilperson, Board Member etc. (either elected or appointed.)
- Outstanding Service by a Water Operator Based on long-term, outstanding on-the-job performance (10+ years, distribution or treatment)
- Outstanding Service by a Wastewater Operator Based on long-term, outstanding on-the-job performance (10+ years.)
- Water Operator of the Year Based on extraordinary accomplishments of an individual operator during 2019 who is directly or indirectly responsible for the day-to-day O&M of a water system (distribution or treatment).
- Wastewater Operator of the Year Based on extraordinary accomplishments of an individual operator during 2019 who is directly or indirectly responsible for the day-to-day O&M of a wastewater system.
Consumer Confidence Reports
Rural Water and the Division of Drinking Water are now conducting a workshop (by appointment) at the Annual Conference to help you learn how to complete your own Consumer Confidence Reports. You will need to call Brandi at the Division of Drinking Water (801-536-4210) between December 2, 2019 and February 15, 2020 year to set up your CCR appointment (approx. 45 minutes in length) which will reserve a workstation at the 2020 Conference for you to complete the tutorial and your CCR report for 2019.
- Each workstation will have a clear how-to guide on filling in the CCR template or update your previous CCR
- DDW will provide the required data that has been submitted during the past year
- DDW & RWAU personnel will be onsite to provide CCR instruction and help you through the report completion
- DDW will provide you with electronic and hard copies of the LAST CCR they have on record for you
- Walk-ins will be allowed as possible, but must bring their own laptop with them
CCR appointments will be scheduled at the following times:
� Tuesday, Feb 25 — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
� Wednesday, Feb 26— 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
� Thursday, Feb 27 — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
� Friday, Feb 28 — 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Call Brandi Smith with the Division of Drinking Water at (801) 536-4210 beftween DEcember 2nd and February 15th to make an appointment. (If time permits, walk-ins may be accommodated, but those with appointments will take precedence.)
- You will be responsible for submitting the CCR report and certification letter to the state and your customers in compliance with the law.
What You Need to Bring:
- Last year’s Consumer Confidence Report—on a USB flash drive (paper copy OK if necessary)
- Your 2019 sampling records (the monitoring data needed for your CCR will be made available where possible by the Division of Drinking Water at the workshop.)
- Please Note: If the Division of Drinking Water has not received all of your monitoring data for 2019 we will need to rely on your monitoring results to complete the report.
- You are responsible to bring accurate data with you. RWAU does not track or guarantee the accuracy of any data pulled from the DDW website or other sources. Please check your records with what the DDW has on file for you on their website to ensure it is accurate.
CCR Completion Location: The Snow Canyon Room (This is a Mezzanine Room overlooking the Exhibit Hall.)

Unless otherwise noted, when making your reservations with these hotels, mention you are with the Rural Water conference to get the specialty rate. 2020 Call for Presentations
Presentation Submissions are now closed for the 2020 Annual Conference. However, if you would like to go ahead and submit your presentation we will keep it on hand in case of cancellations. Remember sessions should be devoid of advertisement and tailored to:
Those in attendance will be Management Personnel, System Operator, Office Personnel, Mayors, Council & Board Members, Engineers etc.
Detailed submission Instructions are as follows:
1. CREATE A USER PROFILE FOR THE SPEAKER
2. Now click on "Submissions" in the upper left hand corner, then "Add New"
3. From there, enter the session info as requested.You can use the "Add New" link as many times as needed to submit multiple presentations under the same presenter
An application must be submitted before Wednesday, July 5, 2019 in order to be considered to present at the 2020 Annual Conference. (Submissions received after the deadline will be held on hand in case of cancellations. You will not be notified of your selection status until AFTER the selection process is fully complete in mid-September. You will be contacted at that point to alert you of your selection status either way.)
