2019 RWAU Annual Conference

BOOTH SET UP

LARGE INDOOR Equipment: Monday, February 25: 3 – 5 pm

ALL OTHERS: Tuesday, February 26: 7 am – 6 pm

 

EXHIBIT HOURS

Wednesday, February 27: 7:30 - 4 pm

Thursday, February 28: 7:30 am - 1 pm

 

BOOTH TAKE-DOWN

Thursday, March 1: 1 pm 

 

INDOOR BOOTH PRICES:

(per booth, booth size 10 x 10)

$680 / Members

$980 / Nonmembers

 

OUTDOOR EXHIBIT SPACE:

(per piece of equipment - out front)

$305 / Members

$455 / Nonmembers

Paid outdoor space is located on the front sidewalks of the Dixie Center and is limited.

There is a STRICT 10,000 lb weight limit for the front sidewalk space.

(Select "Member" or "Nonmember" at registration. Membership selections will be verified and changed or updated if necessary by Rural Water Staff upon receipt of each registration. Check your company's membership status on our website using the link above if you are unsure.)

 

 

(PLEASE NOTE: You can park large equipment in the south parking lot on the black top at no charge with the purchase of an indoor booth, but no specific area will be roped off.)

 

Register to Exhibit in 2019

 

PLEASE NOTE:

A nonrefundable commitment deposit of $100 will secure your booth selection on a first-come first-served basis. This deposit will be applied toward the full booth price. *This $100.00 deposit will only hold your booth selection place until October 26th. By this time, we must have received full payment or you could lose your booth selection until full payment is received.

 

When registering, the system will most likely NOT have your info as this is a new system. Please fill out the informational fields on the form and your info will be in the system for the next conference.

BOOTH INCLUSIONS 

The following comes with each booth:

 

  • Two booth attendees
  • One 6’ skirted table 
  • Two chairs
  • Garbage Can
  • 110 power
  • Internet
  • Aisle Carpeting (Carpet for inside your booth can be ordered separately with the Dixie Center closer to the Conference.)

You can sign up for sponsorships either when you register or at a later date.

 

Golf 

Eagle Sponsor — $1000

  • Includes 4 golfers & a $5,000 HoleInOne sponsorship

Birdie Sponsor — $500

  • Includes 4 golfers & a Hole sponsorship (Includes Sign)

Par Sponsor — $300

  • Includes 2 Golfers & a Hole sponsorship (Includes Sign)

Hole Sponsor — $150

  • Includes Sign

Giveaway Sponsor — $100

  • You will man a hole & visit with golfers doing your own giveaway.

 

Dart Throw

Full Item Sponsorship

Choose from the drawing items selected by Rural Water. RWAU will invoice you for the cost of that item.

 

Partial Item Sponsorship

Donate $100 or greater toward off-setting the cost of one of the prize drawing items.

 

Supply a Drawing Item

Donate a drawing item of $100 value or greater. (All items must be approved by RWAU.)

DEADLINES 

Early September:

Invoice/Reminder Emailed out        

A form showing your booth deposit or payment, remaining balance due and booth selection status, along with more detailed Conference information will be emailed to each registered exhibitor. 

 

October 26, 2018

Full Booth Payment DEADLINE     

October 27th is the full payment deadline. Full payment must be received by RWAU by 5:00 p.m. on the 27th to retain your current booth selection. At this time, those without full payment will be suspended from their spot until full booth payment is received.

 

February 1, 2019

Exhibit Cancellation DEADLINE

Your money (minus the $100 commitment deposit) is refundable should you need to cancel for any reason until February 1After February 1st: No Refund
