A nonrefundable commitment deposit of $100 will secure your booth selection on a first-come first-served basis. This deposit will be applied toward the full booth price. *This $100.00 deposit will only hold your booth selection place until October 26th. By this time, we must have received full payment or you could lose your booth selection until full payment is received.
When registering, the system will most likely NOT have your info as this is a new system. Please fill out the informational fields on the form and your info will be in the system for the next conference.
The following comes with each booth:
- Two booth attendees
- One 6’ skirted table
- Two chairs
- Garbage Can
- 110 power
- Aisle Carpeting (Carpet for inside your booth can be ordered separately with the Dixie Center closer to the Conference.)
You can sign up for sponsorships either when you register or at a later date.
Eagle Sponsor — $1000
- Includes 4 golfers & a $5,000 Hole‐In‐One sponsorship
Birdie Sponsor — $500
- Includes 4 golfers & a Hole sponsorship (Includes Sign)
Par Sponsor — $300
- Includes 2 Golfers & a Hole sponsorship (Includes Sign)
Hole Sponsor — $150
Giveaway Sponsor — $100
- You will man a hole & visit with golfers doing your own giveaway.
Full Item Sponsorship
Choose from the drawing items selected by Rural Water. RWAU will invoice you for the cost of that item.
Partial Item Sponsorship
Donate $100 or greater toward off-setting the cost of one of the prize drawing items.
Supply a Drawing Item
Donate a drawing item of $100 value or greater. (All items must be approved by RWAU.)

A form showing your booth deposit or payment, remaining balance due and booth selection status, along with more detailed Conference information will be emailed to each registered exhibitor.

Full Booth Payment DEADLINE
October 27th is the full payment deadline. Full payment must be received by RWAU by 5:00 p.m. on the 27th to retain your current booth selection. At this time, those without full payment will be suspended from their spot until full booth payment is received.
February 1, 2019
Exhibit Cancellation DEADLINE
Your money (minus the $100 commitment deposit) is refundable should you need to cancel for any reason until February 1. After February 1st: No Refund
