  1. You request us to complete your CCR by filing out the request form
  2. We put your system on a list of Basic CCRs to complete1
  3. We contact you with a draft for approval2
  4. After Approval, we send a copy of the basic (unsigned) CCR to the DDW and you send your signed copy to the DDW

Requested from January 1st - May 1st:

  • $100 for Members
  • $150 for Nonmembers

Requested after May 1st:

  • $150 for Members
  • $200 for Nonmembers

The professional publication style report is a great way to improve your entity's public relations by giving your customers the necessary information in a professional, creative, readable, and affordable way! This option includes all aspects of the basic report PLUS a personalized digital CCR brochure to send out to your customers.

  3. We complete the Basic CCR and reach out to you for design preferences
  4. We contact you with a draft for approval4
  5. We work with you on distribution through Printing, Outsourcing, or our Online Distribution
  6. After Approval, we send a copy of the basic (unsigned) CCR to the DDW and you send your signed copy to the DDW

Rural Water and the Division of Drinking Water conduct workshops (by appointment) to help you learn how to complete your own Consumer Confidence Reports.5 This process is handled outside of conference registration. Make sure you call Brandi to set up your workstation prior to conference! While walk-ins are welcome, they depend on availability and you bringing a computer to work on.


The Process
  1. You call Brandi at the Division of Drinking Water (801-536-4210) to set up your appointment time (approx. 45 min) which will reserve a workstation at the Conference
  2. At your workstation, you receive a clear how-to guide on filling in the CCR template or updating previous CCRs
  3. DDW provides you with the required data that has been submitted during the past year
  4. DDW & RWAU work with you onsite to provide CCR instruction and help you through the report completion
  5. DDW provides you with electronic and hard copies of the LAST CCR they have on record for you
