Kelsey Johnson

Kelsey Johnson is a Conference Coordinator and Cross Connection Instructor with the Rural Water Association of Utah (RWAU), where she has worked since 2020. She specializes in cross connection control and is a certified Cross Connection Control Program Administrator through the Utah Division of Drinking Water.

Kelsey plays a key role in planning and coordinating industry conferences, bringing together professionals from across the state to share knowledge and improve water system operations. She is passionate about supporting water and wastewater operators through education, collaboration, and practical training.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Resource Management from Utah State University. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, building Lego creations, and camping in Utah’s outdoors.
