We currently offer:
  • Water Operator Certification
  • Cross Connection Control Program Administrator Certification
Where do I take my Exam?
There are three locations for exams:
  • Conferences
    • Conference Exams are handled by the Division of Drinking Water (DDW) or Division of Water Quality (DWQ). The application/cancellation process for these paper exams are handled on the DDW/DWQ exam pages. DDW Exam Page  / DWQ Exam Page
  • In-Office
    • Online Exams proctored at the Testing Center in our Bluffdale office
    • 14572 South 790 West A203, Bluffdale, UT 84065
  • Remote Proctor
    • Online Exams proctored at a proctor designated location
    • Only available to locations 50 or more miles from the RWAU office in Bluffdale

The Process | Apply for an In-Office or Remote Proctored Exam
In-Office Remote Proctor
  • For any Applicant
  • For applicants located 50 or more miles from the RWAU Office.
You have the ability to schedule a date and time after you fill out the appropriate forms and pay for your exam. After you fill out the appropriate forms and pay for your exam, your submission will be reviewed and a proctor assigned. Expect 2-4 weeks out, minimum.

Please Note: You MUST have taken the Cross Connection Certification class (CCCPAC) BEFORE you can take the Cross Connection Program Administrator exam. This is a SEPARATE registration. If you have not yet taken the CCCPAC class or are not registered to take a class please register for a CCCPAC class now at the following link: Events - Rural Water Association of Utah (rwau.net)
Step 3 - Schedule your exam
A link to schedule your exam will appear at the end of the payment form and on your confirmation e-mail. Remote proctored exams are scheduled by the remote proctor. You will be contacted by them once your exam application (submitted above) has been processed.
