Exam Details

Online, open-book exam.

The Water Rights Certification Exam is available after completing the certification course.

Exam Format

  • Online exam
  • Open book
  • 100 multiple-choice questions
  • 2-hour time limit

Passing & Retakes

  • Minimum passing score: 70%
  • One free retake included
  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the exam fee must be paid again to retake
Certification Renewal

Renew every 3 years.

Water Rights Certification must be renewed every 3 years by retaking the class and exam.
