EHSS, Waste Water Treatment Supervisor

TTM Technologies is seeking an EHSS, Waste Water Treatment Supervisor to oversee wastewater treatment and waste disposal operations, regulatory compliance, and reporting requirements.

This position is responsible for evaluating and implementing strategies to ensure regulatory requirements are met, maintaining wastewater treatment systems, and supervising employees involved in wastewater treatment operations.

The EHSS, Waste Water Treatment Supervisor oversees wastewater treatment functions, develops procedures, manages equipment and pollution prevention programs, and ensures compliance with applicable environmental regulations.

The position reports to the EHS Manager and is classified as salaried-exempt.

• Oversee wastewater treatment operations and related departments.
• Develop and improve procedures for wastewater treatment functions.
• Oversee development, installation, and maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment and pollution prevention programs.
• Keep senior management informed of wastewater treatment activities, regulatory changes, and related issues.
• Direct and supervise employees involved in wastewater treatment and waste disposal operations.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, training, coaching, mentoring, and compliance with company safety and HR expectations.
• Coordinate waste stream classification, waste handling and disposal, documentation, and record keeping.
• Conduct inspections and prepare reports for wastewater treatment equipment, pollution control equipment, and hazardous waste.
• Ensure proper operation of plant water treatment equipment.
• Support the Environmental Management Team and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Complete monthly SPCC inspections and participate in program reviews and revisions.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three or more years of wastewater treatment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the printed circuit board or chemical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar computer programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, operations, engineering personnel, and other audiences.
• Ability to make informed decisions in routine and emergency situations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, regulations, and professional documents.
• Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
• Ability to speak, read, and communicate in English.

• Primarily first shift; weekend and off-shift work may be required.
• Travel may be required.
• Must be capable of climbing stairs and ladders.
• Must be capable of wearing a respirator and participating in chemical emergency response activities up to Level B response.
• Work includes office and production environments, including noise and proximity to chemicals.
• Must comply with TTM Technologies' export control policies and applicable regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 DOE (Depending on Experience).
