Exhibitor Setup: Monday, August 28, 2 – 5 pm
Exhibiting: Tuesday, August 29, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm AND Wednesday, August 30, 7:30 am - 3:15 pm (additional day this year!)
Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ including 6-foot draped table, 2 chairs, garbage can, and (2) Booth Attendee Passes (with meals for Tuesday and Wednesday).
Additional booth passes can be purchased for $50 each.
Vendor-Supplied Giveaway Prizes: Vendors are required to provide a giveaway prize valued at $100 or more. Attendees collect white tickets by attending classes, which are then entered into giveaway prize bins placed at each vendor booth (prize bins provided by RWAU). Prizes will be drawn on Wednesday at lunch and vendors are invited but not required to attend. If a vendor would rather have RWAU purchase their giveaway prize, select that option at checkout.
