2026 Fall Conference Exhibitor Registration

Monday, August 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM (MDT) to Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 1:00 AM (MDT)

Event Details

Registration opens APRIL 1ST at 9 am

$375 / booth for Members (Users must be logged-in to receive member discount)

$500 / booth for Nonmembers

Exhibitor Setup: Monday, August 31, 2 – 5 pm
Exhibiting Hours: Tuesday, September 1, 7:30 - 3:30 pm, Wednesday, September 2, 7:30 - 1:00 pm
Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ including 6-foot draped table, 2 chairs, garbage can, and (2) Booth Attendee Passes (with meals for Tuesday and Wednesday). 

Additional booth attendee passes can be purchased for $80 each.

Vendor-Supplied Giveaway Prizes: Vendors are encouraged to provide a giveaway prize valued at $100 or more. Attendees collect white tickets during the conference, which are then entered into giveaway prize bins placed at each vendor booth (prize bins provided by RWAU). Prizes will be drawn on Wednesday during lunch and vendors are invited to participate. If a vendor would rather have RWAU purchase their giveaway prize, select that option at checkout.
