RWAU Fall Conference Exhibitor Registration
Registration opens April 1 at 9:00 am.
Conference Dates: August 31 – September 2, 2026
Booth Pricing
Member
$375 / booth
Users must be logged in to receive the member discount.
Nonmember
$500 / booth
Standard booth rate for nonmember exhibitors.
Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ including one 6-foot draped table, two chairs, one garbage can, and two booth attendee passes with meals for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Additional booth attendee passes can be purchased for $80 each.

Vendor-Supplied Giveaway Prizes
Vendors are encouraged to provide a giveaway prize valued at $100 or more. Attendees collect white tickets during the conference, which are then entered into giveaway prize bins placed at each vendor booth. Prize bins are provided by RWAU.
Prize drawings will take place Wednesday during lunch. Vendors are invited to participate. If you would rather have RWAU purchase your giveaway prize, select that option at checkout.
