Vendor-Supplied Giveaway Prizes
Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a giveaway prize valued at $100 or more. Attendees collect white tickets throughout the conference and place them into prize bins located at participating booths. RWAU provides the prize bins.
Prize drawings will take place during Wednesday’s lunch. Exhibitors are invited to participate and help present their prizes.
Prefer not to purchase a prize yourself? Select the appropriate option during registration and RWAU can purchase one on your behalf.

Meals, Badges & Booth Personnel
- Each booth includes two complimentary badges for booth personnel.
- Complimentary booth personnel must be registered online before August 15 to avoid a $50 late badge fee.
- Additional booth-attendee passes may be purchased for $80 each.
- Registered booth personnel receive meals on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Badge information should be submitted before the deadline so credentials can be prepared and included with conference materials.

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests received at least one week before the conference are eligible for a refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
Refunds are not available within one week of the conference.
