Fill out the CCR request form completely to get started. Your system will be added to the queue in the order received.

| Step 2 - Design & Review | |
|
RWAU will create your basic CCR report and then contact you to select your style, colors, and design preferences. A PDF draft will be sent for your review and approval.

Step 3 - Finalize & Distribute |
|
|
Once approved, RWAU will assist with distribution (print, outsource, or online). The finalized CCR will be sent to you for signing and submission to the Division of Drinking Water (DDW), and an unsigned copy will be sent directly to the DDW.
