Tremonton City is currently accepting applications for a full-time position of Public Works Certified. Starting wage is based on experience and required certifications of Utah Water Distribution Operator Level 3, Utah Wastewater Collection Operator Level 2, and Utah Wastewater Treatment Operator Level 3. This position will perform repair work of routine and minor nature throughout the City using a variety of hand tools and equipment, is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and storing assigned tools and equipment, operates light and heavy equipment, performs water and wastewater operator duties, and other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and six years of related experience. Must already live or be willing to relocate to an area deemed acceptable by Tremonton City for On-Call time and already possess or must obtain a CDL. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on-call as assigned.
