Serve as chief executive of the District, overseeing operations, regulatory compliance, financial management, and strategic planning for water and wastewater services in a high-alpine community.

Lead staff, oversee water and wastewater systems, ensure regulatory compliance, manage emergency response, and coordinate with agencies, engineers, and stakeholders.

Manage a multi-million dollar budget, oversee financial systems, lead capital planning, and guide long-term infrastructure and operational strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, extensive experience in utilities or public works, and demonstrated leadership in operations, finance, and regulatory compliance.
