Systems serving populations under 10,000 that treat or distribute drinking water and/or collect or treat wastewater.
Larger Systems with Continued Membership
Systems with populations over 10,000 may retain Voting Member status if membership remains active and continuous.
Service Districts Supporting Voting Member Communities
Water and wastewater service districts serving under 10,000 people qualify if they actively serve current Voting Member communities.
