2024 Fall Conference Exhibitor Registration

Registration opens APRIL 1ST, 2024 9 am

$376 / Members (Users must be logged-in to receive member discount)

$500 / Nonmembers

Exhibitor Setup: Monday, August 26, 2 – 5 pm
Exhibiting Hours: Tuesday, August 27th 7:30 - 3:30 pm, Wednesday, August 28th 7:30 - 3:15 pm
Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ including 6-foot draped table, 2 chairs, garbage can, and (2) Booth Attendee Passes (with meals for Tuesday and Wednesday). 

Additional booth attendee passes can be purchased for $50 each.

Vendor-Supplied Giveaway Prizes: Vendors are required to provide a giveaway prize valued at $100 or more. Attendees collect white tickets by attending classes, which are then entered into giveaway prize bins placed at each vendor booth (prize bins provided by RWAU). Prizes will be drawn on Wednesday at lunch and vendors are invited but not required to attend. If a vendor would rather have RWAU purchase their giveaway prize, select that option at checkout.
