Take a break from the classroom, meet other attendees, visit industry partners, and enjoy the events happening throughout the conference.
Rural Water Cornhole Games
Exhibit Hall
Visit the cornhole booth between sessions to test your skills, challenge other attendees, and earn tickets for conference prizes. Additional tickets can be collected from participating vendor booths and completed Exhibitor Bingo cards.
Prize drawings take place during Wednesday’s lunch. Attendees must be present to win.
 
Exhibitor Bingo
Tuesday and Wednesday
Pick up an Exhibitor Bingo card at the Exhibit Hall entrance, visit participating vendors, and complete your card for a prize. You can also collect white tickets at vendor booths and enter them into the prize drawings.
Exhibitor Bingo periods are built into Tuesday’s conference schedule.
Keynote Luncheon
Tuesday, 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm
Join attendees in the Exhibit Hall for lunch, association updates, remarks from RWAU leadership, the invited keynote address, and the sponsored gun giveaway.
The luncheon is included with eligible conference registration options.
Conference Prize Giveaways
Wednesday
Exhibitor-sponsored prizes will be awarded during Wednesday’s lunch. Attendees may also submit their conference evaluation form for a chance to win the separate $400 evaluation prize.
Evaluation prize drawing: Wednesday, 3:15 pm in the lobby.
Zenner Meter Competition
Think you’ve got what it takes to be the fastest meter assembler in Utah? Compete in the 2026 Zenner Meter Competition at the RWAU Fall Conference.
Preliminary competition takes place Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall, with the finals held during Wednesday’s lunch. The first-place winner will advance to the National Rural Water Association WaterPro Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, September 14–16.

Cancellation Policy
Refund requests received before August 24, 2026 will receive a refund of the full registration amount, less a $25 administrative fee.
No refunds are available after August 24, 2026. A $25 late fee will also apply to registrations submitted after August 24.
