The Utah Division of Drinking Water (DDW) has proposed new annual fees for all public water systems, starting July 1, 2026. These fees will support DDW’s regulatory operations.

  • $35/year flat fee for systems using under 10 million gallons
  • Applies to: community, non-transient, transient, and wholesale systems that have retail customers
