Darwin H Hall | In Memorial

Our rural water family is terribly saddened at the loss of Darwin Hall. As we all take this time to mourn, we hope that you can look back with us at a life well lived.

Darwin was an incredibly hard worker who served the people of Utah in many capacities over the years. He served for more than two decades as Superintendent of the Ash Creek Special Service District. He also served as board president of the Rural Water Association of Utah from 2003 to 2005. Darwin will be missed, but his impact on our association and the state as a whole will be around forever.
